Payment options

I offer payment by direct bank transfer and PayPal including option to pay with credit card without PayPal account. Orders will be shipped once payment is completed.

Shipping options

I try to find reasonably priced shipping options and use carefully sourced or recycled packaging material. I usually send parcels with the Austrian post or Hermes. 

Your order will be shipped within 1- 3 working days. Please note that any potential customs fees will be your responsibility. Orders outside of the EU may get delayed due to customs procedures. 

Standard shipping costs – max 1000g 

Austria €6 (free for purchases above €100)

Germany €12,50 (free for purchases above €150)

EU & Switzerland €16 (free for purchases above €175)

United Kingdom €16 (free for purchases above €175)

For orders elsewhere, please send an email and the the best shipping solution will be calculated for you.

Returns & exchanges

Should you not be happy with the colour or quality of your yarn/wool once you receive it I am happy to accept returns or find a suitable exchange product for you, provided the purchased item is returned in the same condition as when I sent it to you. I kindly ask you to carry the shipping costs for returns.
